NANOKOAT ∞ ACCT is ready to use water-based formula with three important properties for corrosion control. Removes already present rust (corrosion) on the steel surface using ACCT technology. Protects steel from further corrosion by forming a transparent Koating in the steel surface. Increases bonding with primer/paint for better adhesion with steel

ADVANTAGES AND CHARACTERISTICS

NANOKOAT ∞ ACCT removes already present rust corrosion on the steel surface using ACCT technology. The ACCT_nano crystals creates its own space within the molecular gap of iron (Fe) molecules and stops conversion of Fe2 and Fe3 Ions into hydroxyl carbonation i.e. Rust. Further transparent barrier coating is formed so densely that it doesn’t not allow gases and water to penetrate inside, thus it leads into stoppage form rusting or corroding. It increases adhesion strength between MS steel substrate, primer and paint by fusion bonding system by up-to 2x compared to conventional method.
